Vedansh Dental Care & Endodontic Centre provides dental care services including but not limited to root canal treatment, cosmetic dentistry, braces, dental implants, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, preventive care, and emergency dental services.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.
We require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment for future appointments.
We strive to see patients on time but medical emergencies may cause delays.

3. Consultation Fee

Our consultation fee is ₹300. This fee includes examination and treatment recommendation. The consultation fee is adjustable against any treatment you choose to proceed with at our clinic.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers.
For extensive treatments, we may offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis.
Treatment costs provided are estimates; final costs may vary based on actual procedures performed.

5. Medical Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history information. This includes disclosing all medications, allergies, and health conditions. Failure to provide accurate information may affect your treatment and outcomes.

6. Treatment Consent

Before any treatment, you will be provided with information about the procedure, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes. You must provide informed consent before treatment begins. For minors, parental or guardian consent is required.

7. Treatment Outcomes

While we strive for the best outcomes, dental treatments cannot guarantee specific results. Individual results may vary based on factors including patient cooperation, oral hygiene, and overall health. We provide warranties on specific treatments as discussed during consultation.
